Research orientation:
- qualitative and quantitative determination of endogenous plant hormones and selected phenolic compounds.
- new modern analytical isolation and purification methods.
- using in vivo deuterium incorporation coupled with LC-MS analysis to quantify biosynthetic rates for different plant hormone metabolites.
- development of analytical method for determination of interesting biological compounds in plants (i.e. Arabidopsis thaliana L., Populus x canadensis Moench).
- above 150 papers published (≥ 3000 citations, h-index 30 at the Web of Science)
- Scientific presentation: Contributions on national and international scientific meetings (10 lectures and more than 50 abstracts)
